5.2 Service Limitations:
Zyaad acts as an intermediary and does not provide transportation or delivery services directly.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and service providers.
6. Payments and Fees
All fees are as stated on our platform and are subject to change.
By making a payment, you agree to our billing terms and conditions.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Zyaad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
8. Location Data
To provide ride-hailing and delivery services, we collect and use location data with your consent. You can manage location settings through your device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Zyaad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zyaad in the past six months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or other legitimate reasons.
Upon termination, your rights to use our Services will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
